The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 239 of 2019 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 17.74 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
