JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 09.02.2011 (Annexure-8) passed in Mutation Revision No.1 of 2010-11 and its analogous Revision Cases by the respondent District Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, whereby the mutation revision case filed on behalf of the petitioner has been dismissed and that of the private respondents has been allowed.
In the considered opinion of this Court against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of appropriate relief(s). Arvind/- (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) U
