The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the devar (husband's younger brother) of the deceased. He has been falsely implicated in the case. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the husband of the deceased being in custody and the petitioner who is the devar of the deceased having remained in custody for about 1 year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case no. 680 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Danapur, district Patna.
