JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 372 of Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Human Trafficking Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order, dated 28.03.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1650 of 2017, with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58215 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 The petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Sahayak P.S.
