In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the victim has been killed by her husband and his family members and the inquest report, which is part of the First Information Report, shows that she was assaulted and strangulated and in course of brining her to the hospital, she died.

From the order of the Sessions Judge, it appears that the post-mortem report shows there was an ante-mortem

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78965 of 2018(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 injury caused by hard blunt substance upon the body of the victim.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
