Counsel for the State is, however, present. He points out with reference to Annexure-2, the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act in order to submit that such kind of dispute cannot be raised before the respondentDeputy Collector Land Reforms under the relevant Act. Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
