This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Bablu Paswan from whose possession also firearm has been recovered has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 56120 of 2017 vide order dated 18.12.2017. Though the petitioner is accused in other cases which have been disclosed in para 3 of the bail petition, but he is on bail. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.12.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61445 of 2017 (4) dt.02-02-2018 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 589 of 2016 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
