1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria vide order dated 24.05.2024 passed in B.P. No.385 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Arariya(R.S.) P.S. Case No. 815 of 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
