The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Vide order dated 01.12.2021, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report has been sent by learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani, dated 20.12.2021, kept at flag 'A', whereby it is submitted that five witnesses have been examined. Evidence closed on 13.08.2020 and statement u/s 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 07.12.2020 and the trial is likely to be concluded within three months. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
