JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP-11, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal has already been constituted and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
