The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 125 of 2011 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner being labourer received payment twice for the one and same working day under Pulse Polio and MANREGA schemes during the year 2007-08. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never worked in Pulse polio and MANREGA scheme during the year 2007-08, so no question arise about receiving the payment twice for the one and same working day. It is further submitted that the occurrence was said to be in the year 2007-08
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18498 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 20.07.2011. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 125 of 2011, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
