JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. By order dated 25.02.2022, a report about the stage of trial was called for from the court below which reveals that out of nine prosecution witnesses five have already been examined and the Spl. P. P. has been directed to produce remaining all four witnesses and the case is running at the stage of evidence. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
