The petitioner is a registered contractor and has questioned the decision of the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in allotting the work for construction under the Mukhya Mantri Setu Yojana to the contractor registered with the District Board. Considering the passage of time as well as technicality of objection, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence after such long lapse of time.

The writ petition is disposed of.
