This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 505(c)(2) of the Indian Penal Code. The only allegation against the petitioner is that by making phone calls, he was spreading rumour and trying to disturb the social harmony between two communities.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and from perusal of the FIR, it appears that only allegation against the petitioner is that he was trying to disturb the social harmony between two communicates, however, nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner and in view of the facts stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45466 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, District Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.Case No.1241 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
