The present petition has been filed against an order passed by the Director, Consolidation, Bihar in Cons. Revision Case No. 68 of 2003 under Section 35 of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a schedule act under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13781 of 2008 (8) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U
