No doubt, the petitioner happens to be elder brother -in-law of the deceased but on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, the dead body and the weapons, used in committing the murder of the deceased were recovered. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Meerganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned court stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
