JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 13.7.2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has already been framed in the case on 8.10.2021 and petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2020. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Murar Police Station Case No. 107 of 2020.
