3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 346 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8,20 (b) (ii)(c),29 of the N.D.P.S Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, 30 K.G Ganja and other articles were recovered.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2024 having clean antecedent. The petitioner was not caught on the spot. He is only the owner of the vehicle.

6. Considering the circumstances, this application is allowed.
