Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chanpatiya P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. The informant lodged the case alleging therein that Awadhesh Singh and Manoj Choudhary had teased his granddaughter on 19.02.2019. complaint was made to their family members but on 21.02.2019 his granddaughter had gone to take tuition but she did not return. The informant besides naming Awadhesh Singh and Manoj Choudhary also alleged that the petitioners, who are ladies and family members of Awadhesh Singh, kidnapped his granddaughter.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54448 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies. They have no manner of concern with the occurrence. The victim was a major on the date of occurrence. The victim filed petition before the Superintendent of Police that she had left her house and voluntarily solemnized marriage with Awadhesh Singh and on such Awadhesh Singh was granted regular bail by order passed in Cr. Misc. No.52795 of 2019. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.
