The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 60 bottles each containing 180 ml and 50 bottles each containing 200 ml of foreign liquor were recovered from the car which was being boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.08.2017.

Case No. 517 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
