2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3756 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 498A of the I.P.C. and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, complainant - Mamta Devi was married with petitioner - Krishna Kumar on 18.06.2018. She alleged that after marriage she was subjected to brutality and mental and physical torture due to non fulfillment of dowry and other things as per his demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner and his family member never demanded any kind of

He also submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner has already filed a matrimonial Case no. 163/2022, under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail with conditions.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 3756 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. B. Pd. Singh, J) prabhakar/- U T
