The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 240 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though there is allegation that the petitioner assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod, but there is no injury at all. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a student and he is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
