The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/447/448/323/427/435/332/337/333/353/1 86/307/395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during the closure was called by the Maoists against the operation of Green Hunt by the police , 500600 persons variously armed entered into a gas agency of Bharat Gas, assaulted the staffs of the agency and snatched Rs.1,72,000/- and also damaged four motor-cycles parked there. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the accusation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19874 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 is omnibus and general against the mob.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners keeping in view of the fact that others have been granted bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.31 of 2010, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
