Taking into consideration the age of the appellant as also the observation made by this Court while rejecting the prayer for bail of the appellant earlier on 26.8.2011, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 217 of 2009.

I.A. No. 1514 of 2012 stand disposed of.
