The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 124/2015 registered under Sections 376, 323, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Umesh Kumar, on the pretext of marriage, established physical relation with her. She further alleged that Umesh Kumar called her at the residence of Pradip Kumar (the petitioner) situated near Sheikhpura Railway Station and Umesh Kumar established physical relation with her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant did not make any allegation against the petitioner. Earlier the petitioner filed Anticipatory Bail Petition vide Token No. 45446/16 but the same was dismissed by the office itself due to non-removal of defects in time. Therefore, the petitioner filed

It appears that the informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner about any ill-treatment by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naland at Biharsharif in Mahila P.S.
