The present modification application has been filed seeking modification in the address of the petitioners in the order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 36480 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it appears that in the anticipatory bail application inadvertently the address of the petitioners was wrongly typed and was not as per the FIR. The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61426 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/3 that the order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 36480 of 2022 records the details of the petitioners as follows:-
1. Savita Kumari @ Savita Devi, W/O Awadhesh Kumar Singh, R/O Vill.- Khoripakar, P.S.- Garkha, District- Saran.
2. Anmol Singh @ Piyush Singh, Son of Awadhesh Singh, R/O Vill.- Khoripakar, P.S.- Garkha, District- Saran.
3. Soni Kumari, Wife of Soni Kumari, R/O Vill. - Khoripakar, P.S.- Garkha, District- Saran.
Learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that the details of the petitioners should be as per the details furnished in the present modification application which is as follows:-
1. Savita Kumari @ Savita Devi, (Female) aged about 50 years, wife of Awdhesh Singh @ Awadhesh Kumar Singh.
2. Anmol Singh @ Piyush Singh (Male), aged about 24 years son of Awadhesh Singh @ Awadhesh Kumar Singh.
3. Soni Kumari (Female), aged about 35 years (mentioned in the FIR as Wife of Mani Bhushan) wife of Manibhushan.
All resident of village Kanhouli, Sangram, P.O.+P.S.- Baniyapur, District- Saran.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61426 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 3/3 In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 36480 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the description of the party be read as it has been furnished in the modification application.
Learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that the period of surrender be also extended.
