The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.85 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that in the morning of 10.06.2019, the informant made complaint to his neighbour (petitioner) as to why he used to quarrel with him, then the petitioner went to his house. Thereafter, the petitioner made firing upon the informant, which passed over by his side.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to grudge and enmity, the informant has lodged the present case, producing the empty cartridge to the police. The petitioner has

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.85 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
