The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 58 of 2010 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 449, 342, 307, 302, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and is sought to be prosecuted in this case on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

He is in custody since 19.06.2022.

There is only one case against him which was lodged prior to the present case in which he is on bail.

No.55760 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 Considering the afore-stated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 58 of 2010.
