ANSARI ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard Mr. Amarnath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Anuj Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Since the police has already submitted a police report in terms of Section 173(2)(i) Cr.PC. for having not been found accusations against the petitioner well founded, the petitioner does not, at this stage, press this application for bail but seeks liberty to apply for anticipatory bail, in future, if the situation so warrants. To the submissions so made, no objection has been raised on behalf of the opposite party.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this application is hereby disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised.
