Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No.165 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that on 13.05.2019 her she-goat went to the door of Umesh Mandal and for that some altercation took place. The informant further alleged that Umesh Mandal tore her clothes and accused persons assaulted the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52087 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 with fists and slaps and snatched ornament.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the occurrence took place on 13.05.2019 but the informant made her fardbeyan on 23.05.2019. Nobody was injured. On account of some petty dispute for grazing the field by she-goat of the informant, some altercation took place and for that the present case was lodged.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.165 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
