Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is elder brother-in-law and petitioner No.2 is widow Nanad of the deceased and they are separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners and thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased who is in custody.
