JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-08-2018 Apart from the fact that there is a delay of 354 days in filing of this appeal, challenge made in this appeal is to an order passed by the learned Writ Court on 24.1.2017 in C.W.J.C. No.14204 of 2016. Challenging the same order passed by the learned Writ Court more than 125 writ appeals were filed and by
5/5 a common order passed in L.P.A. No.535 of 2017 the Coordinate Bench has dismissed all identical appeals on17.4.2018. Keeping in view the aforesaid order passed on 17.4.2018 in L.P.A. No.535 of 2017, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. For the same grounds and reasons as are indicated in the said order, this appeal also stands dismissed.
