Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2017. Allegation is that he had caused fracture injury at the skull of the husband of the informant with a wooden plate. Specific allegation of commission of firearm injury to the husband of the informant is against Navin Singh and Nilesh Singh. The firearm injury was cause of death.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation against the

No.59176 of 2017 (3) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 petitioner and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Cheria Bariarpur Police Station Case No. 68 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
