2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant and her husband by means of farsa. It is further alleged that the accused persons also disrobed informant and snatched gold and Rs. 10,000-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Both parties are close-door neighbours and due to dispute over

Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of two days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. As per injury report, no sharp cut injury was found on the injured. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Benipatti in connection with Madhwapur P. S. Case No. 70 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of
