Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 193 of 2018, arising out of K. Hat (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 44 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 365, 34 and later on Sections 302 and 201 IPC have been added.

Allegation against the accused persons is of kidnapping of grandson of the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on it appears that at the instance of petitioner and other accused persons the dead body and other materials used in crime were recovered by the police.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not been put on TIP and nothing has been recovered from his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50194 of 2018 (4) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 possession and he is in custody since 26.1.2018. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, since charge has been framed in this case, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U T
