2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against petitioner no. 1 (Shiv Chandra Ram) is that he assaulted informant and her daughter by means of iron rod, whereas, there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner no. 2 (Bishwanath Ram). The injury caused by petitioner no. 1 has been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
