The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 34.140 litres of liquor belonging to the petitioner was recovered from the bush behind the petitioner's house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 07.06.2021 and he has no criminal antecedents.

Heard learned APP for the State.
