The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions

Patna High Court CWJC No.14850 of 2022 dt.04-07-2023 2/2 commanding the respondent especially respondents no. 4 to 7 to provide security and safety to petitioners in the enjoyment of land obtained by them through registered sale deed for construction of house from bonafide land holder but private respondent with malafide intention used to threat them not to construct house and use to purchase land for their personal use in any manner and whenever petitioners went on the purchased land, private respondent came with lathi, danda and started abusing, man handling and assaulting them."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their grievance including that of filing a suit before the learned civil court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty so sought, is granted.
