He has paid a cost of Rs.10000/-, which was imposed upon him. He has also filed the counter affidavit where details of the payments, which was required to be made to the appellant, has been indicated with supporting evidence.
The only other issue now left is payment of provident fund for which the appellant will have to fill in the prescribed form, submit it to the Food and Civil Supply Corporation, which in turn have an obligation to forward the same to the Regional
Patna High Court LPA No.57 of 2015(8) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 Provident Fund authority for settlement of his claim. No sooner the appellant submits the necessary form, the Corporation must ensure that the same is forwarded to the Regional Provident Fund authorities within a period of four weeks without fail. The Regional Provident Fund authority will do the needful thereafter.
The appeal, therefore, is disposed of.
