JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 15.04.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Gopalganj in complaint case No. 596 of 2015 whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Panel Code and the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.
