2 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatapur PS Case No 132 of 2022 dated 17.04.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 As per allegation, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and snatched Rs 5000/- cash from the pocket of her husband.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56777 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates and the injuries are simple in nature.

5 On the other hand, the learned APP Shri Shailendra Kumar has opposed the prayer for bail.

6 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur PS Case No 132 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr P C.
