In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "1A.

For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to declare the petitioner as successful candidate for the post of Enforcement Sub-Inspector under the Transport Department/Corporation of the Government of Bihar. B.

To quash the result dated 9.11.2012 published in daily news paper contained in Annexure-3.

For directing the respondents to produce the answersheet of the petitioner in this Hon'ble Court. D.

For passing any other order/s, command/or or appropriate writ/s which your lordships deem fit and

As this case is fully governed by the order passed in CWJC No. 141 of 2013 where the Court has discussed threadbare the issue involved with respect to the selection of the candidates as Sub Inspector, Transport Department, did not interfere and rejected the claim. It also appears that persons, aggrieved by the order passed by the learned single Judge, filed LPA being LPA No. 249 of 2014 in connection with CWJC No. 5135 of 2013 which was also rejected.
