In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for regularization of service having stated that he has worked as a Driver for a long period, so he is entitled for consideration of regularization of service.
The Government has taken a policy decision to regularize the services of daily wagers working in different Jails by framing a Rule as Bihar Nai and Safai Cadre Rule, 2011 and accordingly an advertisement was published, those who are interested for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.501 of 2018 dt.14-08-2018 2 /2 regularization of service they have applied against the advertisement published but petitioner failed to grab the opportunity by filing appropriate application in pursuance of advertisement, now he is submitting that he should be appointed on the basis of representation filed can not be accepted, the person who had applied against the advertisement can only be considered for regularization but petitioner remained in slumber, cannot be helped for regularization of his service.
In such view of the matter, as the petitioner has failed to exercise his option for regularization by filing application this Court cannot pass any order for regularization of service of the petitioner.
