The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the father of the victim girl, who has stated in his written report that while his daughter Moni Kumari aged about 12 years was returning after completing her studies at 6:00 am, the accused surrounded his minor girl and used abusive and filthy language against her. After coming home, she narrated the incident to her father and thereafter the brother of the victim girl went to the shop of accused Afroz Alam then he and other 20 to 25 unknown persons abused and assaulted him. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59646 of 2017(3) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 that subsequently the matter has been compromised and good relation has been restored between the parties. None has suffered any injury in the said incident. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017.
