Despite of Service, no one appears for the opposite party. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2124/2018 registered for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of DP Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. It is further submitted that it is the O.P. No.2 who has filed a divorce case no. 592/2018 for dissolution of marriage. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54309 of 2019(5) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.2124/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
