The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 157 of 2012 registered under Sections 420 and 309 of the Indian Penal Code.

Only allegation against the petitioner is that he has not handed over the charge of the school even after his retirement. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection
