3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grounds of non-appearance has been mentioned in paragraph nos.5 and 6 of the present MJC application.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that prima facie, he has no objection for the same.

In this view of the matter and the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.5 and 6 of the present MJC application, let the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.2754 of 2024 is allowed and Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.7528 of 2018 be restored to its original file.
