JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner seeks the privilege of pre arrest bail in connection with Muffasil Gaya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Allegedly, during raid the petitioner was found consuming electrical energy stealthy thereby caused loss of Rs. 14,384/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mala fide intention the petitioner has been implicated falsely. The petitioner is bona fide consumer and as such he deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

Considering the allegation attributed against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48842 of 2014 (2) dt.19-05-2015 petitioner, this Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of pre arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
