The petitioner apprehends her arrest in G.O. Case No. 23/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 23 of the PNDT Act, 1994.
It is submitted that the petitioner is proprietor of M/s Harsh Gopal Narayan Ultra Sound Clinic Imaging Centre, New Market, Maharajganj road, Rafiganj, Aurangabad. The licence was issued in favour of the petitioner but during course of examination of her documents, the experience certificate of Bhubneshwar Singh was found fake. Dr. Bhubneshwar Singh passed MBBS, MS from Patna University registered in Bihar Council of medical registration vide Certificate no. 7963, but he did not work under any radiologist and the certificate is said to have certified by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39617 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 radiologist is fake.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not liable for submission of fake certificate of M/s Harsh Gopal Narayan Ultra Sound Clinic Imaging Centre.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with G.O. Case No. 23 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
