The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. It is submitted that name of the petitioners figured after one year of the occurrence. It has come that during the course of investigation the deceased was working in Karnal along with petitioner no. 2 and he fell in love with petitioner no. 1. The deceased was found going towards Chowk in the evening along with petitioner no. 2. Thereafter, the dead body of the deceased was found. The witnesses have also stated the same facts. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44679 of 2014 (5) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
